Ičići
Ičići is a small colourful, intimate touristic place, 5 kilometers far from Opatija, located under a mountain Učka. From Ičići you can enjoy beautiful view on the two biggest croatian islands, Cres and Krk and go on a trip with the boat, to visit them. It offers all sorts of tourist accomodation and extra facilities and is known for large marina for big yachts, ACI marina, important for the nautical tourism.
The main attraction of the Ičići is definitely the main beach, located in the center of the place, consisted in 2 parts, pebble and cement. It's standard is also guaranteed by the blue flag for the quality of the sea. Entrance is free of charge. It's important to say that famous promenade, Lungomare, passes through Ičići , perfect for romantic night walks, followed by scent of the sea and moonlight. The local hosts are well-known for their hospitality, ready at all times to fulfill your desires and requirements, so that you will always want to come back again.
